New North Road, Attleborough, to close for five days for £6,000 work




A section of road is set to be closed for five days for carriageway repair work, costing more than £6,000.

New North Road, in Attleborough, will be closed from October 21 to 25 October, from the junction with Station Road to the junction with Connaught Road.

The entire carriageway will be closed and a signed diversion will be in place for the duration of the closure.

The diversion will be Station Road and Connaught Road in one direction, and Connaught Road, Exchange Street, Church Street, Surrogate Street, and Station Road in the other direction.

Residents living closest to the Station Road junction, up to and including the gravel cul-de-sac area should access their properties via Station Road. All other residents should access via Connaught Road.

The work is set to cost £6,200.
