Costa Coffee, in Mere Street, Diss, celebrates 15th birthday with stroll down memory lane

A town coffee shop celebrated its 15th birthday with a stroll down memory lane on Wednesday.

Diss’ Costa Coffee, in Mere Street, commemorated its birthday in style with members of the senior management team and staff past and present visiting the store.

The café also marked the 15th work anniversary of team member Debbie, who was presented with a gold clock and a photo frame celebrating her ‘golden years’.

Paige Butler, store manager of the venue for two years, said: “We would like to say thank you to all our customers old and new and we look forward to serving them our signature brews for many years to come.

“The senior team also took time out of their schedule to visit us as well which really put the icing on the birthday cake and topped the day perfectly.”

Ms Butler said it was ‘lovely’ to see familiar faces from the store’s past at the celebration and that Debbie had an ‘amazing day’.

The Diss Costa is also running a raffle to give away the best the store has to offer, which will close on October 24.
