Top toilet marks for Diss station
Diss rail station’s new toilet facilities have scored top marks in a recent mystery shopper survey.
Improvement works to refurbish facilities and install a new disabled toilet were carried out by Abellio Greater Anglia.
They scored maximum marks, as did the station for good information provision to customers.
Abellio Greater Anglia’s Customer Service Director, Andrew Goodrum, said: “I am delighted to see that the new facilities at Diss and continued efforts of the team there have achieved top scores and helped to make the station welcoming and pleasant for our passengers.”
