New toilet facilities at Diss rail station have scored top marks again following a recent mystery shopper survey.
Customer toilets were refurbished and a new disabled toilet was installed as part of Abellio Greater Anglia’s improvement works.
It is the second time the facilities have been scored 100 per cent.
The station also scored maximum marks for good information provision to customers.
Abellio Greater Anglia’s Customer Service Director, Andrew Goodrum, said, “I am delighted to see that the new facilities at Diss and continued efforts of the team there have achieved top scores and helped to make the station welcoming and pleasant for our passengers.”
