Thirty not out for the Waveney Words
Committee and friends of the Waveney Words Talking Newspaper gathered in Diss last week to celebrate 30 years since the inception of the scheme.
Formed in 1986, the talking newspaper supplies local news, including Diss Express articles, to the blind and partially sighted in the form of a USB stick.
Vicci Day, secretary, and chairman David Holland extended their thanks to their outgoing secretary of 20 years, Trevor Freeborn. For more see https://waveney.talking-news.info
