Lamborghini, Porsche and Mercedes among cars stolen in £450,000 Tibenham Airfield track weekend theft

Supercars said to be worth around £450,000 have been stolen from a Norfolk airfield over the weekend.

The vehicles – a red Lamborghini Huracan, a white Porsche Cayman, a bronze Audi R8, a yellow and black Mercedes AMG GT and a white and blue VW Golf – were taken between midnight and 4am on Saturday.

The fleet of high-performance machines are owned by Car Chase Heroes, who had hired the airfield for a weekend of experience days.

But it is believed around 900 drivers were left disappointed after the company had to cancel all its bookings after the cars and their keys were stolen.

Officers are conducting a number of inquiries and have appealed for people who may be able to help the investigation.

Anyone with any information is asked to call 101 or email Adam.Flello@norfolk.police.uk, quoting crime reference 36/69420/24.
