A bid by a garden centre owner to convert part of a potting shed into a cafe and local produce shop has been successful.

Paul Stephenson wants to improve trade at his Foundary Plant Centre, off the A140 at Tasburgh.

It is hoped the coffee shop will extend trade, particularly in winter months, while the shop would sell locally sourced fruit and vegetables.
