For the seventh year out of eight, South Norfolk Council looks set to freeze its portion of the 2015/16 council tax bill with a band D household paying £130.68.

The council’s cabinet heard that reserve cash will not be needed to fund the freeze. A meeting of the full council will have the final say on Monday.
