Redenhall with Harleston road set for £50,000 five-week pavement resurfacing work
A £50,000 pavement resurfacing project for a Redenhall with Harleston road is set to take place in two week's time.
Maintenance on the path on the west side of Shotford Road, is due to start on May 1, and is expected to take five weeks to complete.
The work will see the old, damaged path surface completely removed, reconstruction work carried out and a new asphalt surface laid including new kerbs put in place.
The work will be carried out Monday – Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place to help traffic move safely past the work and vehicle access to residential properties will be maintained, however there may be some short delays as work takes place in front of driveways - pedestrian access to properties will be maintained at all times.
The work which will cost £50,000 will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community and Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
