Homes have flooded and motorists have become stranded following floods in and around Diss this afternoon and into this evening.
Firefighters have responded to multiple flooding incidents in Diss, Oakley, Scole, Winfarthing and Burston.
In Winfarthing, the Surface Rescue Boat from Carrow and a fire crew from Attleborough assisted stranded motorists from their vehicles after they became stuck because of flood water shortly before 4.45pm.
Crews from Diss, Long Stratton and Harleston have removed water from flooded properties in Scole, Burston and The Heywood, Diss.
Further flooding incidents have seen crews from Harleston, Attleborough, East Harling, Diss and Wroxham attend Thomas Manning Road, Diss; Low Street, Oakley; Diss Road, Scole; Wash Lane, Shelfanger, and Short Green and The Street, Winfarthing.
Fire officers have also assessed and given advice on flooding in Diss Road and Audley Close, Burston; Sandy Lane, Diss; Norwich Road, Scole, and Alburgh Road, Hempnall.
