Partial eclipse no-show for Diss




In the end the hype and excitement was all in vain for those hoping to catch a glimpse of the partial eclipse in Diss.

Although the morning grew progressively dimmer as 9.30am approached, the eclipsed sun did not have the power to burn through the thick cloud.
