Diss Business Forum are also raising funds for a debrillator while Diss Town Council leader, Simon Olander, is looking into the possibility of relocating the red phone box on the Market Place to Mere’s Mouth, to potentially house one there.

Andrew Butcher, acting chair of the MHA Larking Gowen staff forum, who is co-ordinating the installation of the equipment at its seven branches across the region, said: “The idea to put a defibrillator outside our buildings is an extension of our in-house wellbeing scheme. If we have something that is available to benefit our staff, visitors and clients why should it not benefit others.”
