Multiple crews fight combine harvester blaze for hours in Hoxne

Multiple fire crews were called to tackle a combine harvester blaze in Hoxne on Saturday,

A pair of crews attended, at 8.50pm, to find the vehicle well alight, along with 100 square metres of stubble and cut straw.

A further two appliances attended and firefighters used one jet, two hosereels and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the blaze.

The incident was under control by 11.29pm.
