Motorcycle and car involved in ‘minor injury collision’ in The Street, South Lopham




A motorcyclist and a car were involved in a collision in South Lopham on Monday.

Norfolk Police confirmed they were called to The Street in the village at 4.44pm for a ‘minor injury collision’ involving the two vehicles.

Officers also said that the driver of the car, a woman in her 50s, was reported for driving without due care and attention.

This follows another incident on the same road on July 14, where a motorcyclist sustained serious injuries follows a collision.

The incident at 6.08pm, when a blue Volvo V40 and an orange Triumph Motorbike collided at the junction with Redgrave Road.

Emergency services attended the scene and a motorcyclist, a man aged in his 30s, was taken to hospital.
