Man with Diss connections wanted by police

A man who is believed by police to have connections to Diss is wanted by Norfolk Police.
Paddy Mutch, 32, of Fresher Mews in Norwich is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the terms of his licence.
He is around 5ft 8in tall and is of medium build (pictured below.)
