Tesco Diss – man taken to hospital after collapsing in supermarket on Sunday





A man has been taken to hospital after collapsing in Tesco in Diss on Sunday.

The medical emergency happening shortly after 3pm, with two ambulances, an ambulance officer vehicle and an air ambulance all called to the scene.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called just after 3.15pm on Sunday 21 with reports of a medical emergency in a supermarket on Victoria Road in Diss.

“An adult man was transported by road to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment.”

The service added that it could not give an update on the man’s current condition.
