I am delighted to read about newly elected mayor for Diss, Julian Mason, he is a highly respected part of the Diss community and I am sure he will work hard to represent us in Diss continuing the work that is ongoing for the improvement of the town.

I would personally like to see an improvement to the Old Infant School site in The Causeway, Diss, and to other neglected, unsightly Diss buildings.

Diss is our nearest town and we visit it most days, and I would appreciate some interest and action about this sad waste of possible development land in the centre of Diss.

This site has been deteriorating for over 33 years, it has been allowed it to fall into a dreadful state making it a sad reflection on Diss town.

With a general need for more housing this site should become a priority.

There are other privately owned sites in the area too, which are also not being developed or maintained, appearing to be kept for speculative purposes to the detriment of a sense of pride and enjoyment of the general public.
