Inquest into the death of man found in Diss churchyard set to open





An inquest into the death of a man found in a churchyard is set to open tomorrow, November 1.

Police were called at 8.56am on Tuesday, April 30 to reports of a body found in the grounds of St Mary’s Church in Diss.

Robert Worthington 47, had suffered a head injury but officers do not believe there was any third party involvement.

Area Coroner, Yvonne Blake is set to open and adjourn the inquest into his death at Norfolk Coroner's Court, in Norwich.

A full inquest date will then be decided.
