Diss: 8 degree spike in temperature as summer heat returns this week

According to Met Office forecasts, Diss is to be bathed in sunshine later this week as temperatures rise sharply.

Current temperatures of 20 degrees are due to soar to 28 on Friday as clear skies allow the summer sunshine to make a return.

Readings in the mid to low 20's will hold out through the weekend, with Saturday forecast to be 24 degrees.

The eight degree shift follows a period of changeable weather across the region this month.
