A five-year-old boy from Hopton received a toy set worth £100 after triumphing in a housebuilder’s drawing contest.

Oliver Clements earned a Lego City Town Square set as a reward for impressing the judges of the ‘Dream Home for Christmas’ competition, organised by Persimmon Homes, with his “quirky design.”

Alison Page, head of sales and marketing for Persimmon Homes Anglia, said: “The winning design brought a smile to everyone’s faces.

“We were thrilled to see how this competition really sparked children’s imaginations across the region and thoroughly enjoyed looking at their entries.”
