GCSE Results 2019: Archbishop Sancroft High School




In Harleston, 52 students sat the exams at Archbishop Sancroft High School this year, with 69 per cent achieving a grade 4 or above in both English and maths.

Rob Connelly, head of school, said: "We are thrilled with the achievements of this year group with many students achieving the highest grade possible in subjects across the curriculum."

Notable successes include Grace Molenaar, who achieved 8 Grade 9s, 2 grade 8s, 1 grade 5 (and an A* in further maths).

Tabitha Smith achieved 5 grade 9s, 1 grade 8, 2 grade 7s, 1 grade 6, 1 grade 5, 1 grade 4 and Obi Double achieved 4 grade 9s, 3 grade 8s, 1 grade 7 and 1 grade 5.

"I am incredibly grateful for the support received from the staff, parents, governors and St Benet's MAT, enabling all members of this very special community to flourish," added Mr Connelly.
