Framlingham school pupls quiz MP Dr Dan Poulter

Sixth-form students from Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham quizzed Central Suffolk and North Ipswich MP Dr Dan Poulter about his role as a Government Health Minister during a special visit to the Houses of Parliament last week.

The pupils, who are all studying government and politics at school, asked questions ranging from why Dr Dan decided to become an MP, to how he represents them as constituents.

Dr Poulter said: “A trip to Westminster is always a memorable experience and an opportunity for young people to learn about Britain’s democracy and legislation outside of the classroom.”
