A flood alert has been issued on the River Deben following a night of heavy rain.
It is in place from and including Debenham to Bromeswell, the Environment Agency has confirmed.
Flood alerts for the River Waveney and the Deben were in force earlier this week, but these were lifted yesterday.
Pictures from Diss Express reader Christine Norman show the effect of the treacherous weather under the Frenze Road railway bridge in Diss.
A flood alert is the Environment Agency’s early notification of possible flooding. A flood warning, which had not been issued on the Waveney, is put in place if flooding is likely or imminent.
Anyone concerned can ring Floodline on 0345 988 1188.
