Diss vets apply to get new surgery in Bressingham
A vet’s service in Diss could be extending its reach through south Norfolk once again, if a proposed new practice in Bressingham acquires planning permission from South Norfolk Council.
Uplands Way Vets, which has served the Diss area for more than 40 years, has submitted a change-of-use planning application to convert the Bressingham Aquatics Centre, located on the A1066 Low Road, into a new surgery.
Uplands Way Vets Ltd also currently operates the Connaught Surgery, based in Station Road, Attleborough, as well as the George Hill Surgery in Chare Road, Stanton, the latter of which opened for business last summer.
The application will be decided by South Norfolk Council, and comments can be submitted.
Uplands Way was not unavailable for comment at the time of going to press.
