Diss male toilets out of action due to vandalism
South Norfolk Council say they hope the male toilets in Diss will be open by the end of today after they had to be closed due to vandalism.
A spokesperson for the council said they were made aware of flooding, caused by damage to pipes under the sink at the facility close to the Mere, on Monday.
“We were aware of the issue on Monday, and have turned off the water to prevent further flooding,” they said.
“We will have someone on site today to make the repairs and, unless something unforeseen happens, the toilets will re open by the end of the day today.”
