With people returning to work, employers have had to ensure staff and customers are protected as they can be.

Ratiobox shared accounts services in Hopper Way, in Diss, showed us the steps they have taken to follow government advice for their 14 employees.

These included creating working pods for staff, installing office sanitation stations and disinfecting external documents and folders as they come into the business.

Oliver Oakshott, Ratiobox’s development manager, said: “There has been a phased approach for returning staff back to the office.

“Staff members have felt relatively worried throughout the crisis, however, they noted that they feel comfortable, definitely safer and happier to work here with the measures now in place.”

“We would like to thank all of them for their hard work and commitment in what has been a challenging period for everyone.”
