Diss auction house hosts bids for buds
A Diss auction house is set to host its first live on-site auction since March.
TW Gaze in Roydon Road, will be holding a plants and shrubs sale on Monday, at 2pm, as part of their rejuvenation.
This sale also marks the first day auction rooms around the country are able to welcome public to their premises, without being by appointment-only.
Plant suppliers will deliver the lots fresh on the day of the sale, and lay them out on the auctioneer’s front car park for viewing.
The site will be open to customers between 10am and 2pm, bids may be left with the auctioneer before the sale, but all successful purchases must be cleared by close of business on the same day.
Alternatively, bidding in person will be encouraged from one of the auction rooms bidding stations.
Other control methods in place will include contactless payment and social distanced queuing to ensure the site can give buyers the safest auction environment possible.
TW Gaze’s plants and shrubs sale will be on Monday at 2pm.
