Crowds come to Mrs G’s Pumpkin Patch in Garboldisham on its opening weekend
Families and friends flocked to a popular pumpkin patch to give their support to the site’s opening weekend.
Mrs G’s in Garboldisham welcomed young and old to The Langley on Saturday and Sunday to pick their perfect pumpkins.
Laura Gooderham, who runs the venture, said it had been a great opening weekend.
She added: “We had a lot of people here, which was great.
“We have been open this week and seen people with smaller children, those being home educated and quite a few school trips. Now, we are bracing ourselves for half-term.”
espite thieves stealing 27 wheelbarrows and a John Deere tractor at the start of the month, the pumpkin patch owner said they were back to full strength.
“We are so grateful for everyone’s support with the patch,” said Mrs Gooderham. “It has been great to see people come and enjoy themselves.
“We cannot thank everyone enough for continuing to visit us.”
Mrs G’s Pumpkin Patch is open every day until Thursday, between 10am and 4pm.
