County council to consider health provision in South Norfolk


Norfolk County Council’s Norfolk Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee will meet next week to discuss NHS provision in South Norfolk.

Set to be held in the Edwards Room in County Hall, Norwich on Thursday, February 25 at 10am, the committee will also examine continuing healthcare in Norfolk.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The committee will also be discussing the way in which South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group proposed changes to a number of policies and services in 2015/16 and how such service changes could be consulted on in the future.

Other agenda items include a look at North Norfolk, South Norfolk, Norwich and West Norfolk CCGs’ intentions and plans for 2016/17, and consideration of future areas for scrutiny around children’s mental health services in Norfolk.
