Council invites Harleston residents to have their say on town’s Conservation Area Appraisal


Harleston residents are being asked to have their say on South Norfolk Council’s Conservation Area Appraisal for the town.

Conservation Area Appraisals are a review of the character and appearance of the conservation areas, and an opportunity for residents to comment on proposed boundary changes and conservation management guidelines.

The Council will be holding a public exhibition at Harleston Information Plus on Friday,July 8 from 10am to 3.30pm and Saturday, July 9 from 10am to 1pm. Council staff will be present to answer queries from 10am to 1pm on the Friday.

The consultation runs until July 31.
