Coronavirus daily: UK's confirmed cases in 24 hours passes 2,000 mark

LEARN MOREConfirmed cases in Norfolk and Suffolk have risen again, with the UK's count of confirmed cases in a 24-hour period reaching 2,129.
Public Health England figures from Thursday's data showed that the total amount of UK cases was now at 11,658.
In Norfolk, the number of cases has jumped to 51 and Suffolk has had seven more cases taking the county's tally to 42.
Deaths from the virus have also risen to 578, Norfolk's confirmed coronavirus count now matches Bristol, with Suffolk equal to Portsmouth and Kingston upon Thames.
