Coronavirus Daily: Public gets ready to adapt to lesser measures as Norfolk and Suffolk see very small rises in cases
As people in England prepare themselves for the next step in measures which were set out by the government on Sunday, both counties have seen a very small rises in daily cases.
Boris Johnson announced in his briefing at the weekend, the public can now do things such as spending time with one person from another household in an outdoor setting and at a social distance, go out for unlimited exercise and play sports, such as golf and tennis with another person from a different household, but also keeping social distanced.
The government move also includes places like garden centres and estate agents reopening, with viewings for houses also restarting.
Yesterday's figures from Public Health England showed there had been another drop in the daily UK figures for daily confirmed cases, going from 3,877 in the previous reported period to 3,403.
Norfolk's total amount of confirmed positive cases rose by 15 yesterday, and is now at 1,928 with Suffolk only registering five news cases, taking its total to 1,295.
The total number of laboratory confirmed cases of the virus in the UK now stands at 226, 463.
