Cordon in Ensign Way, Diss, after man in his 30s is found with stab wounds




A police cordon is still in place in a town after a man was stabbed.

An air ambulance was seen near to Ensign Way yesterday and officers were called to Ensign Way in Diss at 1.55pm.

The emergency services found a man his 30s who had sustained stab wounds.

He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and is believed to now be in a serious but stable condition.

A woman in her 50s and a man in his 40s were both arrested nearby on suspicion of assault.

They were taken to Wymondham police investigation centre for questioning, where they remain.
