Police surgeries in Diss, Harleston and Long Stratton

Policing teams will host street surgeries in Diss, Long Stratton and Harleston on December 7.

The surgeries give people the opportunity to speak to their local officer.

This is a chance for residents to meet the members of their local team and raise any issues or concerns they may have.

South Norfolk engagement officer Pc Jim Squires said: “The surgeries give people the opportunity to speak to their local officer. Although we have a social media platform, we are aware that not everyone is using social media, so the idea is that these surgeries help us to engage with as many people within the community as we can.”

The surgeries will run in Long Stratton, from 8.30am to 10.30am, at Manor Road, in Diss, from noon to 2pm, at the Mere’s Mouth and in Harleston from 3pm to 5pm at the recreational car park, off Wilderness Lane.
