A car has been stolen during a burglary in Attleborough yesterday.

It happened in Foxglove Road at about lunchtime when an unknown number of suspects broke into a house after forcing a rear window.

An untidy search was carried out and a number of items were taken, including a 42-inch curved TV, clothes, Nike Air trainers and keys to a black Mercedes C200. The car was subsequently stolen from outside the property.

A spokesperson for Norfolk Police said a registration number for the vehicle would not be released at this time.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area yesterday morning or lunchtime.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or via their anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org
