Business bus from South Norfolk Council comes to Diss to help

A business bus, designed to help firms to thrive, rolled into town.

South Norfolk Council held a ‘drop in and find out’ event at Diss Business Park, in Hopper Way, on November 20.

The council’s team assisted company owners with advice about grants and training available to businesses who are planning to expand in the future.

Councillor Lisa Overton-Neal said: “We are committed to growing our local economy and we want South Norfolk business owners, with plans to expand, to find out how we can help.

“Our drop-in sessions provide an ideal opportunity to discuss grants and focused business support.”

The council has a number of initiatives, including a Business Builder growth programme, and free online training for entrepreneurs planning to launch.
