Witness appeal after Palgrave burglary

Officers are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in Palgrave.

The incident took place sometime between 1.50pm and 3.30pm yesterday (June 16) on Lion Road in Palgrave.

Offender/s entered the side gate and then forced entry to the rear of the property.

An untidy search was carried out and a number of items were stolen including jewellery, bank cards, cash and personal documentation.

It is reported that the victim’s wheelie bin was also stolen, possibly to transport the stolen items.

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw anything suspicious at the time above or who may have relevant dash-cam footage to visit www.suffolk.police.uk quoting reference 37/32498/19 or to call Suffolk Police on 101.
