Breweries in Diss and Alburgh have been recognised by Mid Anglia Camra (Campaign for Real Ale).

In Diss, members gathered at Ampersand Brewery, in Sawmills Road, where Andy Hipwell received two certificates: third in the champion canned beer of Norfolk 2025 category for Experiments in Evil and runner-up in the cask ale of Norfolk session beer category for First Promise.

Then, it was the turn of Grain Brewery, near Harleston, where Phil Halls accepted two awards: for Slate, which won the bottled beer category, and for Lignum Vitae, IPA finalist.
