BMW is stolen in Old Buckenham


Police are appealing for information after a BMW was stolen in Old Buckenham last night.

It happened at an address in Attleborough Road between 6.30pm and 7.15pm. An unknown number of suspects gained entry to the property though an insecure door.

A handbag containing a purse and two sets of car keys were taken from the property and a black BMW M5 has been stolen from the driveway.

The vehicle was later recovered in the Great Hockham area.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area between the times stated, particularly a silver coloured BMW, or anyone with information should contact Det Con Debbie Johnston at Thetford CID on 101, Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
