All About You Art and Craft Therapy shows work at The Corn Hall in Diss

A new exhibition is proving a hit with visitors to the Corn Hall in Diss.

Featuring around 20 pieces of artwork, it is the culmination of months of hard work by members of the All About You Art and Craft Therapy Group.

Founded in 2018 by Lynda Robinson, with backing and a grant from South Norfolk Council, the health and wellbeing social group encourages people, who may be struggling with mental health or other issues that impact the quality of their lives, general health or wellbeing, back into the community.

People can be referred to the group by South Norfolk Council or local medical centres.

The exhibition, in the cafe of the arts centre in St Nicholas Street, runs for another week and features a wide range of work by group members.

Lynda Robinson, who helped to curate the showcase, said: “There are all sorts of work, including pictures of places, animals, memories and those which illustrates someone’s health journey.

“I have staged this exhibition to show what is achievable with a little encouragement and support.

“Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed.”
