£20,000 worth of Lotus wheels stolen on A14 at Risby

Seven pallets of alloy wheels have been stolen from a lorry parked in a layby on the westbound A14.

The curtain-sided lorry was entered between 9pm on Monday and 5.15am yesterday near Saxham Business Park at Risby, and pallets with £20,000 worth of wheels were taken.

They were in several styles, bearing the badge of Wymondham-based Lotus.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area or who has been offered alloy wheels, to call PC Teri Hatch at Suffolk Police on 101, quoting crime number 26510/16. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers, anonymously if required, on 0800 555 111.
