A charity calendar created in memory of a budding photographer who died last year has raised £1,000 for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

More than 250 calendars have been sold since they were published to honour Jake Snowling, a keen landscape photographer who died in March 2014 aged 16, after being diagnosed with a brain tumour.

Designed by Jake’s photography teacher at Hartismere School in Eye, Lisa Gates, the calendars have been illustrated with photos taken by Jake during his visits around the region.

Mrs Gates said she was thrilled and pleased with the support for Jake’s family.
