The much-anticipated Mere Fest 2015 finally arrives back in Diss tomorrow, bringing a showcase of some of the best music acts from the area.
The event, which takes place from noon until 7pm at the Diss Mere Park, off Park Road, sees the return of one of last year’s favourites, Purple Jimi, a Hendrix tribute band, along with the likes of Ruby Muse, Busking for Breakfast, Astral Void and Sam Coe and the Long Shadows.
In addition, there will be an appearance from the Alpha and Omega Rally Team to show off their rally car, plus a variety of other stalls.
Festival organiser Joe Aiken said: “We are really looking forward to filling the park with music again this year with a fantastic free event for the people of Diss and surrounding area.”
Entry to the festival is permitted free of charge. For more information about the event and the line-up of acts, please go to www.facebook.com/merefestdiss
