Suffolk Wildlife Trust holds its annual season celebration, the Apple Day and Autumn Plant Sale, once again at the Redgrave and Lopham Fen this weekend.
This year, there will be demonstrations of spoon carving, plant dyeing and whittling, as well as advice on beekeeping and composting, while local expert Paul Read, of Suffolk Traditional Orchard Group, will be on hand to help identify apples and other fruit.
A wide variety of plants and bulbs will be for sale alongside secondhand tools and traditional handmade rakes, and in the afternoon, there will be entertainment from the Kenninghall Morris side.
Children will have plenty to keep them occupied with free face painting, apple-themed games, craft activities and a trail, whilst adults can unleash their artistic talent with a free art workshop.
It runs on Sunday from 10.30am to 3pm. Entry is £3 for adults and £2 for children. For info, call 01379 688333.
