The club plays every Monday (6.30pm), Wednesday (2pm) and Saturday (10.30am) at the Shelfanger Road sportsground for about two hours and visitors are welcome. Equipment and coaching is free for beginners.

Diss Waveney has two teams in the Norfolk League, playing on Thursdays in summer and Sundays in winter.
