The event commemorates the longest strike in history and the people who continue to fight for trade union rights, working class education, democracy in the countryside and international solidarity.
This year's speakers included John McDonnell, the Labour MP who stood against Gordon Brown for the party's leadership, and Bill Greenshields, President of the National Union Of Teachers.
