Diss racer Danny Fiske will be looking to continue his good form when he takes to the track at the Foxhall Heath Stadium in Ipswich on Monday.
The Foxhall Bowl will see the National Hot Rods come to town to contest round 10 of their NHR Partnerships English World Qualifying Series, and will be joined by bangers and rookie rods to make for an appealing night.
The National Hot Rods will be fresh from a Northampton Qualifier tonight, with this weekend an opportunity for some much needed track time at Foxhall ahead of the 2016 Championship of the World at Spedeweekend on July 2-3. Heading into the Easter weekend, Shane Bland heads the series with last year’s points champion, Kym Weaver, in second and Colin Smith in third.
Fiske currently holds 14th position in the standings, but is very much an in-form man having won a thrilling grand final at Hednesford two weeks ago.
Elsewhere, the bangers are contesting round two of the Whip St Motors Ipswich Track Championship and the rookie rods also make their return to Foxhall.
Turnstiles open on Bank Holiday Monday from 12.30pm, with the racing set to start at 2pm.
