A host of Diss Town players were honoured as the club held their annual end-of-season awards evening at Brewers Green Lane.
In what has proved a torrid campaign for the Tangerines, which resulted in relegation from the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division, the performances of captain Jacob Brown and defender Ben Lewis have been a fleeting positive with both being recognised with awards.
Brown was selected as the Supporters’ Player of The Season while Lewis received the Players’ Player of The Season trophy.
Elsewhere, goalkeeper Lewis Riches was selected as Diss Town Reserves’ Player of The Season, while the Under-18s award went to Joe Hooton, following a promising campaign.
Diss’ numerous youth teams also handed out awards with the following winning: Max Brooks, Aiden Feakes, Keane Beckham, Alfie Burr, Kieran Shibley, Ryan Last, Alan Wojenoda, Bradley West, Jacob Minns, Dylan Ward, Jenson Portway, Jenson Portway, Kai Thurston, Christian Missankov, Oscar Skilliter, Eddy Rockey, Tyler Noller, Alex Dunseith, Dylan Gardiner, Matthew Munnings, Josh Burfoot, Joe Collett, Joe Collett, Bradley Budd, Oliver Hunt, Henry Ready, Leo Abery and Drew Cotton.
