Given that the body is still not wholly cold nor, indeed, yet six-foot under, I'm a mite wary of indulging in too many post-mortems.
That League One beckons for the first time in 50-odd years is not in much doubt, however. I can't see Plymouth doing too much to deny Barnsley a point; likewise, I'm not wholly convinced that Norwich have the scrap left in them to over-turn Charlton.
That fingers will point in every direction is also not in doubt.
Some will, inevitably, point in the direction of the local media for being too compliant, too cosy with the existing board; that they should have been ousted years ago – which is all well and good if anyone, anywhere, could ever offer a realistic alternative.

That's one of the many $64 million questions that will dominate the summer.
I think the answer is pretty simple. Two, duff managerial appointments in the space of three years and, what, six-odd years since anyone of a Craig Bellamy ilk emerged from the youth academy pretty much gets you close to the heart of the issue.
And I wouldn't include Bryan Gunn's name in the list of duff appointments, either.
For me, the Big Man as conducted himself with great dignity over the last four months and but for one decision – the disallowed goal against Sheffield Wednesday for which the day's official subsequently apologised for – could yet have gone into Sunday's trip to The Valley in the box seat compared to Barnsley; his dream of adding another chapter of legend to that fine, Canary playing career still very much alive.
There have, of course, been other decisions that have gone against him; those we will file under the 'They even themselves out over the course of a season...' bracket.
But if managers didn't make mistakes, everyone would win the title.
The bigger mistakes managers make are when they buy players that simply don't fit the bill; aren't made for life in The Championship.
That's one that both Messrs Grant and Roeder fell foul of time and time again.
The simple fact is, it's all about players. Always has been; always will be – whatever level you're playing at.
