Diss smashed Imperial Medicals on Saturday to win promotion back up to London Two North after a three-year absence.
The Blues ran in eight tries to win 50-15 in a one-sided London Three North play-off.

Tries: Matt Richards, Andy Horne (2), Chris Beaird, Richard Horne, Tim Groom (2), Adam Williamson.

Conversions: Williamson (5).
